They'll find a way to fuck it up. Just because you can buy it doesn't
guarantee positive results. Mexico (Pemex) can't make money on oil and
most the manufacturing that was supposed to fuel Mexico's resurgence
went to China in the last 15 years. Poorly run is poorly run.
