illegals should be located, forced to pay for their crimes, documented
so they can pay their fair share of income taxes and given a choice to
become an American citizen, whereby they'll be required to swear an
oath of allegiance to the USA and learn English.

It seems that you, The Gang of Eight and Obama are in full agreement.

Except for the "forced" part, that is. The members of the Undocumented
Workforce have been requesting to be able to pay for their infraction
for a long time.
