The city faces lawsuits from the American Civil Liberties Union and
the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund. City officials
have estimated that Fremont's costs of implementing the ordinance —
including legal fees, employee overtime and improved computer software
— would average $1 million a year.

Getzschman said it's not clear how much money the city would save by
suspending enforcement of the ordinance.

The ACLU and MALDEF are behaving like Al Qaeda, using our own legal
system against us to help foreign invaders take American jobs and
demographically replace the local population with people from Third
World failed states. Their actions are racist, anti-white, anti-
American, and intended to destroy the vitality of communities like
Fremont, Nebraska and to direct a genocidal campaign against Americans
of non-Hispanic, non-Mestizo origins. Their role in the genocide
against white and Black Americans is despicable and immoral.
