He said Mexico was prepared to move on its warning of periodically

Mexico's government is more of a comedy in tragic costume. Leave
creation of effective policy and those in charge will find a way to
come out looking like little gangsters. The Mexican citizens really
don't need this crap as representative of their political positions.

The only movement the Mexican government is skilled in doing is a
bowel movement.

Do clocks still tick in Mexico? I haven't seen a ticking clock in
decades. Do Mexicans still use those wind up clocks with a spring and
a pendulum?

The sun dial works a little more effeciently in place of the wind-up
clock. The Mexicantime in daylight savings means officals will be
three hours late in the fall/winter ans four hours late in the soring/
summer. The only thing on time in Mexico is the early morning crowing
of the roosters.

But damn! the Mexican food is great and worth waiting for.
