MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexican President Felipe Calderon says the United
States was "really put out" by retaliatory tariffs Mexico levied on
U.S. products as part of a trucking dispute.
Calderon says his reaction to the U.S. irritation is, "so be it."
He notes that the U.S. hasn't complied with its obligations under the
North American Free Trade Agreement, which requires that Mexican
truckers be allowed to operate in U.S. territory.
