"We have been negatively affected by the visa rules, because of the
form-filling and their costs. Mexican passengers prefer to go to a non-
visa destination or, if they have a U.S. visa, to go there," she
said.

How they know they lost that money? Probably Mexicans prefer to go somewhere
else, like Cuba or Colombia. Crybabies!

This reminds me of when the police crack down on liquor stores selling
booze to underage children and then the sales of liquor decline for the
liquor stores as a result. When Canada cracked down on Mexican
"migrants" looking to invade Canada by taking advantage of Canada
treating them like law abiding, civilized people instead of scum seeking
to invade Canada the way they have invaded the U.S., of course the
number of Mexicans showing up declined as a result. After all, those
Mexicans were not going to Canada to go shopping or as tourists with the
intention of leaving after a few days. Rather, they were going there to
"seek a better life for their families" like most illegal aliens do.
