Proton-M is a heavy carrier rocket designed to propel unmanned
spacecraft into the Earth orbit and into space. The carrier rocket
consists of three stages, the upper stage Briz-M included. All the
three stages of the CR use asymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and nitrogen
tetroxide as the fuel components.

There is an interesting story about the name of the launcher: Proton
There was a chemist of name William Prout [1785-1850] who hypothesized all
atoms are made of hydrogen atoms. When Rutheford found the proton decided to
name it so in honour of Prout..

Add England to my globalization citation: Mexico, Russia, USA, England.
