Murray concluded by saying she was calling on the Mexican government
to “truly demonstrate good will and end the tariffs that are
devastating farmers and growers in Washington state and across the
country.”

Mexico's tariffs are an act of economic war. What evidence is there
that the tariffs are "devastating farmers and growers in Washington
state and across the country?" Letting Mexican trucks replace American
trucks will devastate the American trucking industry.

Replace one trucking by another?
What is the problem?
Good has always been replaced by better.

P.S. These are signs of decadent farmers and growers north of the border.
Obviously they cannot face competition.
